April is here and slowly spring is arriving. You may have already tidied up outside, gently cleaning up the beds, maybe some overseeding and fertilizer on the lawn and getting the patio warm weather ready.
That’s all a good start for your outdoor living space but what about adding some colour right now. A punch of bright yellow or blue pansies can dress up the entranceway to your home quite nicely. Pansies are great as they can withstand cooler temperatures than most other annuals, so they are perfect for this time of year when you are tired of the grey and drab.
How about indoors? Maybe an Easter Lily for the table, a fresh mixed bouquet on the credenza or even a fresh new house plant to spruce up your interior living space. Flowers and plants can really enhance our mood and give us a feeling of positivity. Give the kids something to do as well! Make some good old fashioned homemade Easter Eggs! Easy and fun and the kids will have a ball. Place them in a bowl on the table or randomly around the house to celebrate the coming of the Easter Bunny. Just some really easy and quick ways you can dazzle your family and friends when they visit on the Easter holiday.
